讓基層學生擁有平等學習的機會
Let every student have an equal opportunity of learning.
Basic Introduction

Principal Chan Free Tutorial World(PCFTW) was established in April, 2011. It is a Non-Profit Organization recognized by the HKSAR Government. (Registration Number: 91/11019)
A number of poor and under-privileged children, due to their poor learning abilities, personality problems or other reasons, are being abandoned by the school. Even if they are still with the school, they are not able to obtain appropriate, effective and fair learning support.
In today’s Hong Kong education system, these poor and under-privileged children are being neglected, deprived and abandoned, and they have no one to turn to. What we are doing is to give them a fair chance of learning!
Introduction of Founder(Principal Chan)
Chan Hung (Principal Chan) held a Principal of a secondary school under the Direct Subsidy Scheme, Principal Chan felt that the under-privileged children’s interests were being neglected under the Hong Kong’s education system; he then abruptly quitted his job as a Principal in a secondary school, sacrificed his million dollar annual income for the purpose of devoting his time to provide volunteer education services and established the “Principal Chan Free Tutorial World”, which specifically provides free tutorial services and other educational support to the under-privileged children.
Principal Chan insists on the educational philosophy of 'teaching without discrimination' and is dedicated to improving the current educational climate. He hopes to provide underprivileged students with equal educational opportunities.

Centre Service
Since its establishment, over 20,000 volunteer teachers have been successfully recruited, matching approximately 20,000 students. In 2013, Principal Chan introduced free playgroup & pre-school education and talent develop classes for underprivileged children to further realize the concept of 'educational equality.' To date, more than 6,000 underprivileged youths and children have participated.
PCFTW has not received government support and mainly relies on private funding and donations from the community. Therefore, we need support from all sectors to ensure that underprivileged students who are long awaiting matches can receive appropriate learning support.
